Returns Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 4 days of the original purchase date at customerservice@dezhune.com. For multi packed items such as a 3 pack, you must return at least 3 pack with the manufacturer seal in place and in the same condition that you received it. Once the product is received at our location, please allow between 3-5 days to process your return. Once your return has been process, you will receive an automatic notification from us.
